Training: DE Bench

Good session on a day I'd rather have just stayed on the couch.
Bench press
2x15 @ 45
95x10
2x3 @ 135
8x3 @ 185 (3 grips)
225x3
275x1
285x1
Heavy stuff was easy.

4 board press
3x4 @ 275

Neutral grip pullups
3x5, 3x3, all done in 6 minutes.

Face pull
3x15 @ 70

pressdowns superset with hammer curls
2x10

Treadmill: 15 minutes.

Total Workout time: 1:10
