Training: Regular Phase, Cycle 5, Max Effort Squat/Dead

Went in today thinking I might deload, as I feel beat up (mostly my upper body). Decided to use the Manta Ray to keep the bar on my back and ease up on my shoudlers, ended up with a 40 pound PR!!
