What's next?
Who thinks this is a good idea? That the government can tell a restaraunt what it can and can not serve. I would say it's unbelievable, except that I fully expected it.

Its only a good idea if you live like a monk in complete solitude.
I expect that there'll be a ton of noise raised on this issue. The city's restaurant and hospitality industry is one of the biggest moneymakers, responsible for a substantial portion of NYC's economy.
...I hope anyway. I love my butter.
