Monday afternoon training session. Thank FSM for a flexible job.
Warmup: 5 mins elliptical, dynamic stretching

Good morning

45 degree hypers

Bench situps
20, 10

Pullups
2x4

Lots of stretching
All in all, not to shabby. My SI joint is still flared up, but it feels OK when I'm training. All poundages felt pretty light.
