Worm creation

Apparently, the German government thinks property crimes deserve suspended sentences. Microsoft is paying $250 to reward the people who turned this scumbag in, but a German court doesn't apparetnly think millions of dallars of damage is a big deal.

I can only hope someone sues the bastard.
