ME Squat/DeadI really felt like I cold have done more. I know it's smart to not overdo it, but I think next week I'll move to real ME work, and get the volume up where it needs to be to get strong.
Warmup: Step overs forward 1x15, side 1x15
duck unders 1x20
Pretty easy. Worked up in the usual way, felt good. Still need to work on form.
HS leg curls

Pull down abs

Training: Prep Phase, Cycle 3, Day 1
Felt much more prepared to do some heavy work today. Really feeling like conditioning and prep work is paying off. I do need to keep at the mobility stuff.
