Training: Max Effort Squat

Well, maybe not really a 'max'. It was rediculously hot today, and I didn't eat properly, so the session was substandard. But, first one, so we'll take it.
Squat

Stopped there, harder than it should have been, but no problem.

Seated leg curls
45x15
2x12 @ 70
superset w/
stepups

Hypers superset with bench situps
3x10

10 mins stretching

Workout time: 4:10p to 4:55p

365 is nothing to sneeze at. Nice job! One of these days I might get there!

You could also look at it another way: the max effort was expended where it was needed - to get yourself back into the gym, even under less than optimal conditions. :-)
